"Let's Play Hockey Expo" Video: Box Hockey

Whack. Slap. Breathe.

Box Hockey is just that. As the Hockeyplayer.com staff walked around the Let's Play Hockey Expo in Las Vegas, there were a lot of cool products out on display. One of our favorites was Box Hockey. After two minutes of stickhandling on a piece of material no larger than a foosball table, my forearms were very sore. I haven't applied that much work in
that specific of an area of my arms in a long time.

Box hockey is great for anyone, but especially for youth who do not understand the importance of winning battles in the corners. Box Hockey teaches them how to win those battles by being aggressive.
